There are many many benefits you may have heard or even experienced about early mornings. We can tell you one of the most significant and instant benefit that fits one and all and that is “You get your day longer.” So stop complaining and start waking up early. Start waking up 30 minutes early from your regular sleep and keep adding 30 minutes to it every week until you reach your goal.

Writing is an art of inscribing things deep within you. Once you have something written down, it just doesn’t get registered on paper, but it gets registered in your brains too. Have a habit of carrying a small diary and a pen and start penning down things you feel are worth remembering.
